STILL HERE

Mental Health, Acknowledged

Community and confidence are established by open conversations about mental health. Participate in the STILL HERE Marathon or donate to the cause with our collection of our awareness clothing line.

Why we start conversations

Open communication is, in our opinion at STILL HERE, among the most crucial ways to raise understanding of mental health issues. Many individuals suffer in ways that may not always be obvious, which could make it challenging to ask for help or have honest conversations. Our effort seeks to lessen the negative perception that frequently accompanies mental health by establishing a platform where these situations can be recognised and appreciated.

STILL HERE inspires individuals to see that just continuing during difficult times is an important source of resilience. The campaign draws individuals along with activities involving the STILL HERE Marathon, which represents endurance and unity, and our clothing line, which enables individuals to clearly endorse the cause.

By bringing together knowledge, engagement with the community, and discussion, STILL HERE seeks to improve awareness, build understanding, and reassure individuals that that they are not isolated regardless of what they have been feeling.

You're not alone

We are establishing a place where recovery starts and isolation stops. Our mission is to make individuals feel heard, seen, and recognised by promoting candid and open discussions about mental health. Your presence here fights stereotypes and transforms the conversation about mental health, either you are looking for or providing help. You can help foster an environment of compassion, understanding, and encouragement for those who are dealing with similar challenges by becoming a part of the community and telling us your experience.
